23年前,国务院、中央军委制定公布了《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》,为保障无线电管理工作的顺利开展和无线电业务的正常运行发挥了积极作用。但随着无线电技术的快速发展、无线电事业的高速迈进,以及经济社会的前进变迁,原有的《条例》已不能适应实际需要。自1998年起,我国即开始着手修订《条例》。历经18年的艰苦努力,今天,《条例》修订终于修成正果。近日,新修订的《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》已由国务院、中央军委签署,并将于2016年12月1日起正式施行。新修订的《条例》也是工业和信息化部成立以来出台的首部行政法规。
Twenty-three years ago, the State Council and the Central Military Commission formulated and promulgated the Regulations on the Radio Management of the People’s Republic of China, playing an active role in safeguarding the smooth development of radio management and the normal operation of radio services. However, with the rapid development of radio technology, the rapid advancement of the radio industry and the economic and social progress, the original “Regulations” can no longer meet the actual needs. Since 1998, our country has started to amend the “Regulations.” After 18 years of arduous efforts, today the revision of the “ordinance” has finally come to fruition. Recently, the newly revised Radio Regulations of the People’s Republic of China has been signed by the State Council and the Central Military Commission and will come into force on December 1, 2016. The newly revised “Regulations” is also the first administrative law promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology since its establishment.
