人工假顶的稳定性是下向进路充填采矿法安全高效开采的关键,本文以山东某金矿为工程背景,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了下向进路钢筋网充填体混合模型,对钢筋网外置和内置的人工假顶位移、充填体及钢筋网拉应力进行了分析。结果表明,钢筋网的布置方式对人工假顶的位移影响很小,但内置时能更好地发挥钢筋网的承载作用,降低充填体拉应力,实现矿山安全高效开采。
The stability of artificial false roof is the key to the safe and efficient mining of down-fill filling method. In this paper, based on a gold mine in Shandong Province, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish a mixed model of down- Net external and built-in artificial false top displacement, filling body and steel mesh tensile stress were analyzed. The results show that the arrangement of reinforcing steel mesh has little effect on the displacement of artificial false roof, but when built-in, it can give full play to the bearing effect of reinforcing steel mesh, reduce the tensile stress of filling body and realize safe and efficient mining.
