目前,我国中等职业教育课程大部分仍然是传统的学科体系的课程。这种传统的学科体系的课程忽视了理论与实践的有机结合,忽视了知识与实际工作过程的联系,忽视了职业学校学生智力结构特征,因而造成教师教起来难,学生不愿学、学不会、学了用不上的局面。课程实施过程中之所以会出现这样的情况,虽然有学生自身素质与水平方面的原因,但更重要的是课程的原因。职业教育课程发展的趋势,是从“知识本位”向“能力本位”转变,注重职业能力的培养,关注工作或工作过程与职业教育的相关性,因此职业教育课程改革的趋势应该是基于工作过程进行课程开发,即课程开发的所有环节都要以工作过程为核心和基础。
