本实验对不同水平的少年乒乓球运动员的双侧训练效果进行了测定(1、启蒙组,2、提高组,3、优秀组)。根据训练前的测定结果,每一大组又分为实验组和对照组两部分,之后实验组在训练中用一定的时间进行非执拍手的训练(双侧训练),而对照组只进行执拍手的训练(单侧训练)。训练前后的对比显示出:1组有阳性结果但不显著,而2、3组的结果则差异非常显著(p<0.01)。这说明对于提高执拍手的运动技能来说,双侧训练要优于单侧训练。
The experiment of different levels of young table tennis players bilateral training effects were measured (1, Enlightenment group, 2, improve the group, 3, excellent group). According to the result of pre-training, each group was divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. After that, the experimental group used non-performing hand training (bilateral training) in training for a certain period of time, while the control group only performed Clapping training (unilateral training). The comparison before and after training showed that there was a positive result in group 1 but not significant, but there was a significant difference between groups 2 and 3 (p <0.01). This shows that for improving the performance of the hand movement skills, bilateral training is better than unilateral training.
