目的 检测 5 4例食管癌和 2 2例癌旁组织中bcl- 2基因产物的表达。方法 采用免疫组化碱性磷酸酶法检测各组经福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋标本中bcl - 2基因的蛋白表达。结果 正常食管磷状上皮组织bcl- 2均阴性 (15例 ) ,食管癌和癌旁组织bcl- 2的阳性率分别为 6 8 5 %和 5 0 0 % ,与正常对照相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 bcl- 2蛋白的过量表达 ,可能参与了食管癌的发生过程 ,同时可能是肿瘤细胞抗药性的重要机制
Objective To detect the expression of bcl-2 gene in 54 cases of esophageal cancer and 22 cases of paracancerous tissues. Methods The protein expression of bcl - 2 in formalin - fixed and paraffin - embedded specimens of each group was detected by immunohistochemical method of alkaline phosphatase. Results The positive rates of bcl-2 in normal esophageal epithelial tissues were 15 (15 cases), while the positive rates of bcl-2 in esophageal cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were 68.5% and 500% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal controls Differences (P <0 0 1). Conclusion The overexpression of bcl-2 may be involved in the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer and may be an important mechanism of tumor cell resistance
