在应试教育向素质教育转轨的形势下,本文从小学信息技术教育的基础性,实用性、扩展性和自主性四个方面来体现素质教育。在基础性方面:小学阶段是基础教育阶段,信息技术教育,同样是要让学生掌握最基本的计算机学科知识和最基本的技能。实用性方面:尽可能的让学生学到一些实际的技能,为学生自我管理,自我完善,自我发展创造条件,为他们掌握现代化学习工具提供一切可能的条件。扩展性方面:小学信息技术教育中还要注意知识的扩展性,虽然主体是基础教育,但是计算机也是一门活动课程。而简单的程序设计语言是小学生初步认识计算机世界奥秘的重要途径。
Under the situation that exam-oriented education transforms to quality-oriented education, this paper embodies quality education from the following four aspects: the basicity, practicability, expansibility and autonomy of information technology education in primary school. On the basic level: primary school stage is basic education, information technology education, the same is to allow students to master the most basic computer science knowledge and the most basic skills. Practical aspects: As far as possible to enable students to learn some practical skills for students to self-management, self-improvement, self-development to create the conditions for them to master modern learning tools to provide all possible conditions. Scalability: Information technology education in primary schools should also pay attention to the scalability of knowledge, although the subject is basic education, but the computer is also an activity course. The simple programming language is an important way for primary school students to understand the mysteries of the computer world.
