甲状腺功能减退性心脏病系指甲状腺功能减退(下称甲减)患者伴心脏增大、以甲状腺素可以治愈的一种心脏疾患。我院近5年来收治3例。 1 临床资料 3例均女性,分别为68、54、48岁。例1、2为特发性甲减,例3患甲亢服Ⅰ8年后发生本病。 1.1 甲减的临床表现 1.1.1 症状体征:起病缓慢,本组病例患病时间2～5年,均有较典型的症状和体征,如怕冷、乏力,面容呆钝及虚肿,语言缓慢,反应迟钝,皮肤干燥、粗厚,面色苍白带黄,毛发稀疏枯脆。
