近年来,由于竹荪价格较高,从而推动了人工栽培竹荪的研究.据不完全统计,贵州省栽培竹荪户已近万家.竹荪菌种长期保存或经多次转管,不但降低菌丝中酶的活性,而且影响产量.用于生产的菌株,每年要复壮两次重新分离新的菌株.但竹荪组织分离成功率低,菌丝萌发和生长慢,因此在竹荪菌种生产上亟待解决上述难题.多年来,我们在王英杰老师的指导下,对竹荪组织分离材料和培养基的选择作了一些工作,已选出适宜的分离材料和培养基,并投入批量生产,现将结果报告如下:
