目的:调查了解全院用药情况,以此说明在医院开展药学监护的重要性.方法:随机抽取本院1999年4月出院病历218份,整理出1301张处方,统计各种药物出现频率,联合用药情况,药物相互作用.结果:内科联合用药6种以上的处方占内科处方75.4％,有不良相互作用的处方占全部处方12.7％.结论:联合用药品种较多,应加强药学监护,确保用药有效、安全、经济.“,”Objective:To find out the situation of drug-use in our hospital and show the importance of pharmaceu-tical care in hospitals.Methods:218 medical records of the patients discharged from hospital in Apr.1999 were sampled randomly,and 1301 prescriptions were analysed.The frequency of the same drug used,drugs used in com-bination and the drug interaction were calculated.Results:The prescriptions,each for use of drugs above six kinds,accounted for 75.4 ％.The prescriptions causing the rise of adverse drug interactions accounted for 12.7 ％.Conclu-sion:As drugs used in combination were so many,pharmaceutical care should be strengthened to assure the use in effective,safe and economic way.
