2003年被IT业界认知为“网络安全年”,安全策略已经成为确保企业发展坚实壁垒。同期国内电力行业改革的深化,促使电力信息化建设全面提速,目前如何制定电力信息化安全策略,如何规划、部署专业网络安全解决方案是各级电力企业关注的焦点。作为全球网络科技传播者,思科对电力系统网络安全的见解具有一定的代表性。为此,《电力信息化》记者专访了思科(中国)网络系统公司副总裁张思华先生,力求寻找电力信息化安全策略的答案。
