高频通气(HFV)是指用低潮气量高频率(60~1800次/分)机械呼吸维持气体交换的方法。其特点是在通气过程中气道峰压和平均气道压低,因此,对急性肺疾病合并实肺病人机械通气时减少肺气压伤和支气管胸膜瘘病人机械通气时减少气体外漏是有益的。根据通气时吸入气的传递方式、工作原理不同可分为高频正压通气(HFPPV)、高频喷射通气(HFJV)和高频振荡(HFOV)。HFPPV HFPPV系用气动阀原理通气,呼吸机采用低顺应性通路。吸气期通过气管导管连接管上的侧枝送出吸入气,气动阀是开畅的。呼气期吸入正压停止,气流冲开反应灵敏的单后活门呼出,此活门亦有限制吹气峰压过高的作用。HFPPV的通气频率为1~1.7
