目的 应用高效毛细管区带电泳法测定脑瘫患儿血清中 6种氨基酸含量。 方法 采用以 2 ,4 -二硝基氟苯作为衍生剂的高效毛细管区带电泳法测定血清中 6种必需游离氨基酸的含量。 结果 6种必需氨基酸的线性范围为 5~ 5 0 0 μm ol/ L,相对标准偏差为 3.6 %~ 9.5 % ,平均回收率为 91.2 %~ 10 5 .0 % ;脑瘫患儿血清 6种氨基酸的含量与正常对照组相比 ,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苯丙氨酸明显降低 ,色氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸无明显改变。 结论 高效毛细管区带电泳可以准确测定血清 6种必需氨基酸的含量 ;脑瘫患儿血液中氨基酸比例失调
Objective To determine the contents of six kinds of amino acids in children with cerebral palsy by high performance capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods Six kinds of essential free amino acids in serum were determined by high performance capillary zone electrophoresis with 2,4 - dinitrofluorobenzene as derivatizing reagent. Results The linear ranges of the six essential amino acids ranged from 5 to 500 μmol / L with relative standard deviations from 3.6% to 9.5% with an average recovery of 91.2% -105.0%. Six serum amino acids Compared with the normal control group, lysine, methionine and phenylalanine were significantly decreased, while tryptophan, isoleucine and valine did not change significantly. Conclusion High-performance capillary zone electrophoresis can accurately determine the content of six kinds of essential amino acids in serum. The percentage of amino acids in children with cerebral palsy is imbalanced
