目的依据上海市长宁区2005—2012年二次供水举报投诉情况,分析其原因,对存在的卫生问题提出相应对策。方法通过Excel软件对长宁区2005—2012年的举报投诉事件进行分类,并收集卫生监督工作资料。结果 2005—2012年间,长宁区生活饮用水占公共卫生举报投诉比重为42.72%,其中二次供水举报投诉占生活饮用水的比重为55.86%,100件二次供水举报投诉主要首接途径为来电,占70.00%;主要反映的问题是红虫,占53.00%;其次为水质发黄,占25.00%。结论二次供水卫生防护不严仍为举报投诉查实后发现的导致水质不达标的主要原因,须加强卫生监督网格化管理。
OBJECTIVE According to the complaints about the secondary water supply in Changning District of Shanghai from 2005 to 2012, the reasons for the complaints were analyzed, and the corresponding health problems were put forward. Methods The Excel software was used to classify the reported complaints in Changning District from 2005 to 2012 and collect the data of health supervision work. Results Between 2005 and 2012, drinking water in Changning district accounted for 42.72% of the total number of public health complaints, of which 55.86% were complaints about secondary water supply complaints, and 100 secondary water supply complaints were mainly for the first call , Accounting for 70.00%; the main problem reflected is the red worm, accounting for 53.00%; followed by yellow water, accounting for 25.00%. Conclusion The lack of secondary water supply and sanitary protection is still the main reason for the non-compliance of water quality as reported after the complaint was verified. Therefore, the grid management of health supervision should be strengthened.
