培养创新型人才已经成为当今新课程改革的重要目标之一,不少学校为培养学生的创新能力,另外开设了课程,但课堂教学大都还是原来的传统老一套,把创新能力培养和课堂教学分开进行,这种状况不利于培养学生的创新能力。我们知道,创新能力不是一朝一夕能形成的,是需要长期培养的。如今,新课程强调培养学生的创新精神与实践能力,改变学生学习方式,大大加强了探究式学习的比重,这就要求教师在课堂教学中处理好学生自主与教师指导之间的关系,开展有利于培养学生创新能力的教学,教师创造性教学是培养学生创造性思维能力的前提。因此,为实现这样的任务,我们目前的课堂教学必须改革。
Cultivating innovative talents has become one of the important goals of today’s new curriculum reform. Many schools have created courses to cultivate students’ innovative abilities. However, most of the classroom teaching is still the same as the old traditions, and the cultivation of innovative abilities and classroom teaching are conducted separately. This situation is not conducive to cultivating students’ innovative ability. We know that innovation ability cannot be formed overnight and it needs long-term training. Today, the new curriculum emphasizes cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, changing students’ learning methods, and greatly increasing the proportion of inquiry-based learning. This requires teachers to handle the relationship between student autonomy and teacher guidance in classroom teaching. It is conducive to cultivating the teaching of students’ innovative abilities, and teachers’ creative teaching is the prerequisite for cultivating students’ creative thinking ability. Therefore, in order to achieve such tasks, our current classroom teaching must be reformed.
