在全球产业结构面临转型升级的背景下,高等教育也开始从精英教育向大众化教育转型,应用型本科培养模式也随之成为一类新兴的教育类型。由于部属高校、省属高校和地方高校办学理念和培养模式雷同,人才培养的定位与市场实际需求脱节,导致近年来高校毕业生的就业压力日增。文章通过分析环境设计专业人才培养模式现存的问题,结合大连理工大学的特点,找到该专业转型与升级的具体策略,思考本专业应用型人才的培养模式。
Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the global industrial structure, higher education has also begun to transform from elite education to popular education. The application-oriented undergraduate education mode has also become a new type of education. As subordinate colleges and universities, provincial colleges and universities and local colleges and universities running the same philosophy and training mode, the positioning of personnel training and the actual needs of the market out of line, resulting in increasing employment pressure on college graduates in recent years. By analyzing the existing problems of environmental design professionals training mode and combining with the characteristics of Dalian University of Technology, the article finds out the specific strategies for the transformation and upgrading of this major and ponders over the training mode of practical talents.
