压轧车轮的偏心问题,严重影响使用、寿命及制造成本。偏心的原因,有不少说法。我们按车轮的生产工艺,对每一工序后的轮坯进行了解剖,发现经8000吨水压机成型后的轮坯上存在着内、外侧轮壳不同的两中心,而经轧制后又变为内、外轮壳和内、外辋内径三个中心的轮坯,再经压弯后成为内、外轮壳两个中心和内,外辋内径两个中心共四个中心的车轮。提出在加热炉内进行炉气控制、增加高压水冲氧化铁皮、改进水压机工作台结构及其水压系统,以及改进3000吨水压机压痕器是十分重要和必要的。
Eccentricity of the pressed wheel seriously affects the use, life expectancy and manufacturing costs. Eccentric reasons, there are many arguments.
