随着互联网带宽的不断提升,家庭互联网时代已经悄然来临,互联网公司纷纷进军互联网电视市场,开始了互联网电视与传统有线电视新一轮的角逐。对此,传统有线电视、卫星电视的运营商们已经开始探索新的运营模式应对互联网时代的挑战。在国外,数字电视运营模式非常成熟,值得借鉴,特别是中心播出分区域插播的模式应用十分广泛,并且已有成熟的技术标准和产品,这种方式既满足了观众,也提升了节目内容商和网络运营商的收益,可谓双赢。因此研究节目插入技术并将其运用到频道运营中是一个有价值的实践课题。
