目的观察一种二元固-液制剂二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法,对该二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果进行试验研究。结果用含量为500 mg/L的二氧化氯消毒剂溶液作用15 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.0,对白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值>4.0。以相同浓度的该二氧化氯消毒剂擦拭物体表面,并保持作用15 min,对木质物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.0。结论该二氧化氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a binary solid-liquid preparation chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative disinfection test and field disinfection test methods were used to test the bactericidal effect of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Results The average killing logarithm of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the suspension was> 5.0 with a chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution containing 500 mg / L for 15 min. The mean kill logarithm of Candida albicans > 4.0. The same concentration of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant wipe the surface of the object, and maintain the role of 15 min, on the wooden surface of natural bacteria kill the average value of> 1.0. Conclusion The chlorine dioxide disinfectant has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fungi.
