根据STP营销理论,指出齐齐哈尔联通现阶段的产品营销大致处于目标市场营销阶段,为完成该阶段市场细分、产品管理的任务,从指导原则、保障体系等方面提出了改善营销工作的思路,即以客户导向、市场竞争导向、战略导向和服务导向为指导原则,以信息流动系统、科学可行的分析系统和激励、监控机制为保障体系。
