本文对检疫害虫柑桔大实蝇和栗象的辐照处理作了研究。结果发现,50~200Gy的辐照可以略微降低柑桔大实蝇的化蛹率,0、50和75Gy的辐照处理使过冬蛹的羽化数随着剂量的升高而降低,当辐照剂量高于90Gy时,没有观察到羽化发生。辐照剂量对羽化成虫的寿命也有影响。根据中国的辐照蜜桔的有关法规,90Gy应该可以作为辐照柑桔、解决柑桔大实蝇检疫问题的应用剂量。0.5kGy的辐照处理可以在辐照10天后有效地控制栗象。
In this paper, the quarantine pests citrus fruit fly and chestnut elephant irradiation research. The results showed that the irradiation dose of 50 ~ 200Gy could slightly reduce the pupation rate of the citrus fruit fly. The numbers of eclosion of the overwintering pupae decreased with the irradiation doses of 0, 50 and 75Gy, Above 90 Gy, no emergence was observed. Irradiation doses also have an effect on the lifespan of eclosion adults. According to the relevant regulations of China’s irradiation of tangerine, 90Gy should be used as irradiation orange citrus to solve the application of citrus fruit fly quarantine problems. Irradiation treatment at 0.5 kGy effectively controlled chestnut elevations 10 days after irradiation.
