采用药物穴位注射法,治疗发作期哮喘和喘息性支气管炎43例。其中哮喘30例,喘支13例。男性17例,女性26例。重度7例,中度26例,轻度10例。43例分为甲乙两组。甲组19例,用硫代硫酸钠160mg加生理盐水4ml混合注射。取双定喘或肺俞穴各注射0.5ml,双侧合谷或曲池各注射1ml。注射前后测高峰流速(PEFR)。乙组24例,用2%奴夫卡因2ml加硫代硫酸钠160mg加V_(k3)8mg混合液4ml,按甲组方法进行穴
