浅议初中学生理想的形成

理想是以现实为依据的一种想象,是人们对自己、对社会发展的设想与追求。崇高的理想必然会产生巨大的力量。一个具有远大理想的人,一般同时具有坚定不移的决心、信心和毅力,在困难面前不动摇、不退缩、不迷失方向。理想远大的学生一般都有较强的成就动机,其积极性、自觉性、主动性、意志力都较强,因此,学习成绩就优异。相反,不考虑自己将来做什么工作,没有想过将来做什么样的人,没有明确目标的学生,表现在学习上是消极被动、敷衍应付的,成绩也多半不理想。我校学生大多来自农村阅读量少,知识面窄,信息闭塞,视野狭窄;学生家长素质欠佳,大都常年在外务工,只养少育,理想的形成更是困难。因此激励学生胸怀大志,做一个具有良好思想品质和道德修养的合格建设者和可靠接班人,对民族事业的兴旺发达、后继有人具有重大而深远的战略意义;对家庭和个人的幸福安康更有积极的现实意义。 Ideal is based on the reality of a kind of imagination, is the people of their own, the vision and pursuit of social development. Most of our students come from rural areas, reading less, knowledge is narrow, information is blocked, and the field of vision is narrow. Parents of students are poor in quality. Most perennial migrant workers are only employed and nurtured. It is even more difficult to form an ideal society.
