通过将标准拉力计串入生产线的方法,对多辊系高精度冷轧机的张力卷取机给定(设定)张力及左、右张力传感器进行了在线标定,并对标定数据进行了数学处理。从所得回归方程的相关系数、剩余标准差及常量大小这三个方面入手分析,发现该台设备右张力传感器精度存在一定问题,有待进一步完善。
Through the method of stringing a standard vernier into the production line, the tension (left-right tension sensor) and the left and right tension sensors of a multi-roller high-precision cold rolling mill were calibrated on-line and the calibration data were mathematically deal with. Analysis of the correlation coefficient, residual standard deviation and the constant size of the regression equation obtained from this paper shows that there is a certain problem in the accuracy of the right tension sensor of this equipment and needs to be further improved.
