政府满意,听众喜欢,符合办台方针,有经济效益。如果一个节目同时具备了这四条,应该就是一个好节目。这样的节目应该受到台里各方资源的支持。这样的节目越多,电台的生命力就越旺盛。一个领导最重要的就是他要贡献思想,建立制度,同时督促这种制度落实。其次,就是领导必须带头维护这个制度。应当说,对于任何制度,领导最便于破坏它、支离它,老百姓反倒没有这个本事。我崇尚人际关系的简约。不能给下级造成一种印象:老得给领导汇报,以汇报代替工作。能把复杂变为简单那也是一种能力。我这一生有两个手艺,一个是说书,一个是写字。这两个手艺足可以维持生计。我认为只要能坚持几十年如一日地做一件事,就能做成事。 The government is satisfied with the audience, in line with the principle of running Taiwan, there are economic benefits.
