Any citizen who has a curious vision and a degree of cultural initiative must have noticed the rapid changes that took place in the American landscape in the 1970s. Large sculptures, paintings and decorative artwork are seen everywhere at airports and train stations, in urban office complexes and in suburban industrial park parks, especially in federal courts and government offices.
