改革开放30多年来,我国逾7亿人摘掉了贫困的帽子,“中国式扶贫”道路对人类减贫事业贡献巨大。与过去相比,贫困面大幅缩小了,但现在面对的是那些底子最薄、条件最差、难度最大的“硬骨头”。随着2020年全面建成小康社会的节点不断迫近,扶贫工作进入了攻坚拔寨的冲刺期,确保贫困人口到2020年如期脱贫,可谓形势逼人、任务艰巨。 Over 30 years of reform and opening up, more than 700 million people in our country have removed the hat of poverty, and the “Chinese-style poverty alleviation” path has made great contributions to the cause of human poverty reduction. Compared with the past, the poverty level has drastically narrowed, but now we face the “hard bones” with the most basic conditions and the worst conditions. As the nodes for building a moderately prosperous society in 2020 become closer and closer, the anti-poverty work has entered a spurt of tackling crucial difficulties and ensuring that the poor can lift themselves out of poverty by 2020. It is indeed a pressing situation and an arduous task.
