作者检查40例失代偿型慢性扁桃体炎病人机体的免疫情况,不做手术治疗,用1∶5000呋喃西林液冲洗扁桃体腺窝,分组施行免疫疗法:第1组20例,用10%盐酸左旋咪唑蒸馏水溶液15ml 灌洗扁桃体,每天1次共10天。第2组20例,用自体血清疗法,取静脉血15～20ml 注入试管内,放在恒温器内45分钟澄清,然后放在冰箱内(4℃)20分钟,离心5分钟,每分钟1000转;吸出血清于无菌小瓶在冰箱内(4℃)保存10天。
