目的:对非妊娠期、妊娠各期的妇女进行血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)及宫颈分泌物HPV检测,以探讨性激素与人乳头瘤病毒感染的相关性。方法:利用酶免疫化学发光法检测120例非妊娠期、孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期的妇女血清中E2、P水平,利用DNA杂交导流技术和基因芯片技术检测其宫颈分泌物标本作HPV-DNA测定。结果:HPV感染率与血清中E2、P呈正相关。结论:雌、孕激素是HPV感染的重要协同因子。
Objective: To detect the serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) and cervical secretion HPV in non-pregnant and pregnant women in order to explore the correlation between sex hormones and human papillomavirus infection. Methods: The levels of E2 and P in sera from 120 non-pregnant women, pregnant women, pregnant women and pregnant women were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The specimens of cervical secretions were detected by DNA hybridization and DNA microarray. DNA assay. Results: The infection rate of HPV was positively correlated with E2 and P in serum. Conclusion: Estrogen and progesterone are important synergistic factors of HPV infection.
