为探讨尘肺病患者肺功能损伤特点及影响因素,对2011年三明市新发的尘肺病患者体检资料进行分析。结果显示,104例新发尘肺病人肺功能损伤率达34.6%,肺功能损伤主要以限制性通气功能障碍为主;掘进工肺功能损伤率明显高于采煤工和采掘工,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工龄>30年的患者肺功能损伤率明显高于其他组别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能损伤率随着年龄的增长而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥60岁患者的肺功能损伤率明显高于其他组别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示新发尘肺病人肺功能损伤率仍然较高,工种、工龄、年龄对尘肺病患者肺功能有影响。应采取切实有效的措施阻止或延缓肺功能的损伤,提高患者生存质量、延长寿命。
In order to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of pulmonary function impairment in patients with pneumoconiosis, the physical examination data of pneumoconiosis patients newly diagnosed in Sanming in 2011 were analyzed. The results showed that in 104 cases of new-onset pneumoconiosis patients, the lung injury rate was 34.6%. The lung function impairment was mainly restricted by restrictive ventilatory dysfunction. The lung injury rate of diggers was significantly higher than that of coal miners and diggers, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The injury rate of lung function in patients who were more than 30 years old was significantly higher than that in other groups (P <0.05). The rate of lung injury increased with age, the difference was Statistical significance (P <0.05). The lung injury rate in patients ≥60 years old was significantly higher than that in other groups (P <0.05). Prompted pneumoconiosis patients with lung function damage rate is still high, type of work, length of service, age, pulmonary function in patients with pneumoconiosis affected. Should take effective measures to prevent or delay the damage of lung function, improve patient quality of life and prolong life expectancy.
