文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,就体操教学对山西师范大学体育学院体操普修学生的身体训练水平、思维能力、姿态美和心灵美等美育方面的影响进行调查和研究,了解体操专项教学对学生的身体训练水平、思维能力、姿态美和心灵美的影响程度及影响因素,从而使得美育在体操教学中得到更好的实施,使学生的身体训练水平、审美、鉴美以及欣赏美的能力得到更好的提高,也让更多的人认识体操中的美学价值,从而激发人们对体操运动的兴趣和爱好。
This paper investigates the impact of gymnastics teaching on the physical training level, thinking ability, posture beauty and spiritual beauty of the general gymnastics gymnastics majors in Shanxi Normal University by means of literature research, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. To study and understand the impact of gymnastic special teaching on students ’physical training level, thinking ability, posture beauty and spiritual beauty so that aesthetic education can be better implemented in gymnastics teaching so that students’ physical training level, aesthetic appreciation, beauty appreciation As well as to appreciate the beauty of the better to improve, but also to allow more people to recognize the aesthetic value of gymnastics, so as to stimulate people’s interest in sports and hobbies.
