自１９９４年１月起，我院在内镜下用微波组织凝固（ＭＴＣ）疗法与后装机腔内放疗并辅以体表放疗治疗晚期食管癌４０例，疗效满意，现报告如下。资料和方法本组４０例患者中男３２例，女８例；年龄３２～７６岁，平均５８．６岁。全梗阻８例，不全梗阻３２例，食管上段癌７例
Since January 1994, 40 cases of advanced esophageal cancer have been treated with microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) and endoscopic radiotherapy with endoscope in combination with surface radiotherapy in the endoscope. The results are as follows.
