本文就3例慢粒患者经DAG治疗前后骨髓及外周血中白血病细胞的光镜、电镜所见,讨论了DAG的疗效原理。认为DAG主要作用于分裂间期的幼稚粒细胞,干扰了核酸代谢,从而加速其以“凋落”的形式变性坏死。文中并对少数病理细胞的肿胀、溶解性坏死进行了讨论。
In this paper, three patients with chronic granulocytes were treated by DAG before and after bone marrow and peripheral blood leukemia cells by light microscopy, electron microscopy, discusses the principle of DAG’s efficacy. It is believed that DAG mainly acts on immature granulocytes in the interphase and interferes with nucleic acid metabolism, thus accelerating its denaturation and necrosis in the form of “littering”. The paper also discussed the swelling and lytic necrosis of a few pathological cells.
