在水稻收割机仪表生产中,要想高效率的进行测试就必须有相应的测试台。本文主要介绍了基于CAN总线通信技术的农机仪表测试台。测试台可以同时对50块收割机仪表进行离散式控制测试,通过CAN总线技术传输状态数据,使测试效率大大提高。通过上位机软件的设定可以实现单块或多块仪表的分离测试。采用弹簧探针式的装卡结构,提高仪表更换效率,提高测试台寿命。
In the rice harvester instrument production, in order to efficiently test must have a corresponding test station. This article mainly introduces the CAN bus communication technology based farm machinery instrumentation test bench. The test bench can conduct discrete control tests on 50 harvester meters at the same time, transmitting the status data through CAN bus technology, greatly improving the test efficiency. Through the PC software settings can be achieved single or multiple instruments separation test. The use of spring-loaded probe-type card structure, improve instrument replacement efficiency and improve the life of the test bench.
