随着第三方物流的发展,制造企业物流外包业务也越来越多。物流外包是一个复杂的系统,在发展过程中难免会出现诸多风险。分析我国制造企业物流外包的状态,还存在着管理、信息、财务、市场等风险。依据对制造企业物流外包过程的研究,有效地规避风险应采取三方面措施:制造企业要通过先进的管理经验和技术营造适合企业发展的物流环境,提高企业的物流外包风险预警能力;转变观念,提高企业物流外包的风险意识,制定防范物流外包风险的策略;发挥政府的服务能动作用,制定适合物流外包的政策,进一步规范物流外包市场。风险防范措施的提出为制造企业规避物流外包风险提供了依据,也能够更好地促进制造企业物流外包的发展。
With the development of third-party logistics, manufacturing logistics outsourcing business is also more and more. Logistics outsourcing is a complex system, in the development process will inevitably appear many risks. Analysis of China’s manufacturing logistics outsourcing business status, there are still management, information, finance, marketing and other risks. Based on the study of manufacturing outsourcing process, three measures should be taken to avoid risks effectively: manufacturing enterprises should create a logistics environment suitable for the development of enterprises through advanced management experience and technology so as to improve the early warning capability of logistics outsourcing enterprises; Improve the risk awareness of outsourcing enterprises to develop strategies to prevent the risk of logistics outsourcing; give play to the role of the government’s service initiative to develop appropriate policies for the logistics outsourcing and further standardize the logistics outsourcing market. The proposed risk prevention measures provide a basis for manufacturing enterprises to avoid the risk of logistics outsourcing and also can better promote the development of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises.
