目的了解莱芜市中学生艾滋病相关知识来源与需求现状。方法采用整群抽样方法选取莱芜市某中学385名中学生以无记名方式进行艾滋病相关知识来源与需求问卷调查。结果中学生艾滋病相关知识来源于电视广播、学校老师、宣传栏及宣传册和报刊杂志的比例依次降低;大部分中学生利用宣传材料自学,或听专业人士或教师讲授,知识来源于网络的比例男生高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),来源于同学、媒介等的比例高中生高于初中生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女生对艾滋病健康教育需求方式差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),初中生喜欢打电话咨询和知识竞赛的比例高于高中生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中学生艾滋病知识主要来源于大众媒体;最喜欢的健康教育方式是发放宣传材料和专题讲座,最希望了解如何预防艾滋病。
Objective To understand the sources and needs of AIDS-related knowledge among middle school students in Laiwu City. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 385 middle school students from a middle school in Laiwu City to conduct a secretarial survey on the sources of AIDS-related knowledge and needs. Results The AIDS-related knowledge of middle school students originated from television broadcasting. The proportion of school teachers, bulletin boards, brochures and newspapers and periodicals decreased. Most of the middle school students used the publicity materials to teach themselves or listened to by professionals or teachers. The proportion of knowledge- The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The proportion of high school students who came from students and media was significantly higher than that of junior high school students (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the way of health education among boys and girls Statistical significance (P> 0.05), junior high school students like to call counseling and knowledge contest than the high school students, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The knowledge of AIDS among middle school students mainly comes from the mass media. The favorite way of health education is distributing publicity materials and lectures, and most of them want to know how to prevent AIDS.
