随着服务外包向价值链高端移动,衍生出一类新的服务外包类型——知识流程外包(KPO)。从知识服务的需求、服务外包战略的升级和信息技术的应用支持三个层面分析知识流程外包的产生背景,基于成本、人才、市场和战略四大要素维度阐述知识流程外包的发展动因,应用SWOT方法分析中国知识流程外包的发展现状,并提出相应的发展策略。
As service outsourcing moves towards the high end of the value chain, a new type of service outsourcing, Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), is derived. This paper analyzes the background of knowledge process outsourcing from three aspects: the demand of knowledge service, the upgrade of service outsourcing strategy and the application support of information technology. It also expounds the development motivation of knowledge process outsourcing based on four dimensions of cost, talent, market and strategy, Methods Analyze the current situation of knowledge flow outsourcing in China and put forward corresponding development strategies.
