因多发性肝硬化症(MS)患者的脑脊液(GSF)存在持续的异常变化,如CSF IgG浓度增加,电泳时此种IgG分离成许多称为寡克隆带(OCS)的异质性区带。作者用薄层琼脂为等电聚焦介质替代聚丙烯酰胺凝胶进行实验室检查。此法在4小时内即能得出结果,敏感性与聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦相似,仅需2.5ml CSF,且因染色和退色快速简单,适用于多数临床实验室。
Due to the persistent abnormalities in cerebrospinal fluid (GSF) in patients with multiple cirrhosis (MS), such as an increase in CSF IgG concentration, this IgG is separated into a number of heterogeneous bands called oligoclonal bands (OCS) at the time of electrophoresis. The authors used thin-layer agar as the isoelectric focusing medium instead of polyacrylamide gels for laboratory tests. This method yields results in less than 4 hours with sensitivity similar to that of polyacrylamide isoelectric focusing with only 2.5ml CSF and is fast and easy to dye and fade for most clinical laboratories.
