本文主要研究了目前常用几种植酸定量分析方法测定结果的准确性,及它们之间的差异。将商品植酸真空浓缩脱水至完全,并忽略其中其它杂质的影响,配制成浓度不同的一系列标准溶液。再以各种方法进行测定(中和法、络合法、碘量法、钼酸铵比色法),建立起浓度-浓度的坐标,找出测定结果与标准浓度之间的关系,并校正各种分析方法之间的差异,为植酸测定的准确性提供理论依据。
This paper mainly studies the accuracy of several commonly used phytic acid quantitative analysis methods, and the differences between them. The commercial phytic acid was concentrated to dehydration to a complete vacuum, and ignored the impact of other impurities, formulated into a series of different concentrations of standard solution. And then determined by various methods (neutralization method, complexation method, iodometric method, ammonium molybdate colorimetric method) to establish the concentration - concentration coordinates to find the relationship between the measurement results and the standard concentration, and correct The differences between various analytical methods provide a theoretical basis for the accuracy of phytic acid determination.
