本文采用问卷调查的方法来调查了解高职女毕业生的就业心理和求职意向,为学校专业教学改革和就业指导提供依据。通过对问卷数据的统计分析,探讨了高职女毕业生值得肯定的就业心理意向和存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
This paper uses questionnaires to investigate and understand the employment psychology and job-seeking intention of female graduates in higher vocational colleges, which provides the basis for the reform of professional teaching and employment guidance in schools. Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, this paper discusses the affirmative employment intention and existing problems of higher vocational female graduates, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
