党的十七大报告中明确指出:加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,用正确方式处理人际关系。党的十八大报告中再次强调,“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态”。注重人文关怀和心理疏导,体现了党对人民的关心和爱护,严肃的思想政治工作开始关注人内心的感受,拉近了执政党与人民的距离,充分展现了党中央的人本情怀,这是一种理念上的创新,是对思想政治工作提出的新的更高的要求,也是党对人民更高层次的尊重和关怀。
The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that strengthening and improving ideological and political work, attaching importance to humane care and psychological counseling, and properly handling interpersonal relations. Serious ideological and political work begins to pay close attention to people’s feelings, narrows the gap between the ruling party and the people, and fully demonstrates the humanistic feelings of the party Central Committee. It is an ideological innovation, a new and higher requirement for ideological and political work, and a higher level of respect and care the CPC cherishes from the people.
