In order to further sum up experience and promote the development of national basic science talent cultivation fund work, the “National Basic Science Talent Cultivation Fund Working Conference” was held in Beijing on January 26-27, 2000 under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and the National Natural Science Foundation of China .
