流通业是国民经济的重要组成部分,也是第三产业的支柱产业。加强泛珠三角区域流通产业的合作与交流,对促进区域内资源的有效利用、加快区域内物流中转速度、提升区域整体经济发展水平等方面均产生深刻影响。泛珠三角区域在流通产业合作方面具备了制度、贸易、经济基础等有利条件,但同时也存在区域内流通企业组织化程度低、流通效率低、区域交通网络建设滞后、区域政策缺乏协调性等制约因素。应在此基础上制定泛珠三角区域流通合作的保障措施。
