苏联米尔诺雅夫所著,于1974年出版的《现代住宅》一书分住宅、家具、居住和辅助房设备、装饰等四章,较全面地论述了住宅设计与室内布置等问题,对于目前我国住宅建设与家庭结构变化等情况,具有较大参考借鉴价值。不仅有助于专业设计者了解苏联住宅设计者在设计思想与住宅建设状况,也有助于推动广大居民参与自己住宅的设计与布置,自已动手提高居住环境质量。由于原作篇幅较长,虽然译者作了摘编对于杂志来说,仍难于全部刊出。经再三斟酌,现决定将该译文的第一章《住宅》分两次刊出,以把该书有关住宅设计的原则思想与一些具体的户型设计介绍给读者。第二章《家具》与第三章《居住和辅设助房设备》,我们拟与译者作进一步的商讨,如有可能,则作以图为主配以少量文字的更精炼的介绍。第四章《装饰》因原著无图,较难以说明问题,就不再刊用了。
The book “Modern Residence” published by Milnoev of the Soviet Union in 1974 includes four chapters: residential, furniture, residential and auxiliary housing equipment, and decoration. It fully discusses the problems of residential design and interior layout. Changes in housing construction and family structure have great reference value. It not only helps professional designers to understand the design concepts of the Soviet homes and the state of housing construction, but also helps the majority of residents to participate in the design and layout of their own homes, and to improve the living environment. Due to the length of the original work, although the translator made an excerpt for the magazine, it is still difficult to publish it all. After repeated considerations, it is now decided to publish the first chapter of the translation of “Residential Housing” twice in order to introduce the book’s principles of residential design and some specific layout designs to readers. Chapter 2 “Furniture” and Chapter 3 “Residential and Auxiliary Facilities for Housing Assistance”, we intend to conduct further discussions with the translators. If possible, make a more refined introduction based on graphs with a few words. Chapter 4 “Decoration” is no longer published due to the lack of plans in the original book and it is more difficult to explain the problem.
