目的 :分析上海市 1990～ 1998年糖尿病死亡率的变化趋势。方法 :采用趋势 χ2检验、园分布方法分析糖尿病死亡率变化和死亡月份分布的趋势。结果 :9年间糖尿病死亡率城市上升 1.41倍 ,农村上升 2 .2 0倍 ;男性上升1.5 5倍 ,女性上升 1.76倍 ;城市死亡率高于农村 ,且城市糖尿病死亡存在时间集中趋势 ;农村年平均增长率大于城市 ;女性死亡率明显高于男性。结论 :上海市 1990～ 1998年间糖尿病死亡率上升趋势明显 ,标化死亡率上升趋势相同。
Objective: To analyze the changing trend of diabetes mortality in Shanghai from 1990 to 1998. Methods : Trends in diabetes mortality and the distribution of death months were analyzed using the Trend χ2 test and garden distribution method. Results: During the 9-year period, the mortality rate of diabetes increased by 1.41 times and that of rural areas by 2.20 times; men increased by 1.5 times, and women increased by 1.76 times; urban mortality rate was higher than that of rural areas; and there was a time-concentration trend of urban diabetes deaths; The rate of increase is greater than that of the city; female mortality is significantly higher than that of men. Conclusion: The mortality rate of diabetes in Shanghai increased significantly from 1990 to 1998, and the rising trend of standardized mortality was the same.
