(一)选择良好的水源,保障适宜的水温冷水鱼养殖的品种为鲑鳟鱼和鲟鱼两大类,它们原始生活环境分别为山涧溪流和江河,自然水域水质良好,水温低。因此在冷水鱼养殖选择水源时要选择泉水和水质清新的河水,水温10～18℃为宜。以水温较高河水为水源的养殖场夏季可补充部分地下水降低
