台北市化学研究所的科研人员利用精确控制红、绿和蓝发光层厚度的方法研制了一种可发射明亮白光的有机发光二极管。在15V电压时,其发光强度为24700 cd/m2。该二极管可应用于平板显示器和显微镜光源中。
Researchers at Taipei’s Institute of Chemistry developed an organic light-emitting diode that emits bright white light using precisely controlled thicknesses of red, green and blue emissive layers. At 15V, its luminous intensity is 24700 cd / m2. The diode can be used in flat panel displays and microscope light sources.
