目的:比较不同提取方法所得金银花挥发油的化学组成。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和鲜花匀浆法提取新鲜金银花挥发油,用乙醚萃取成分进行GC-MS分析。结果:鲜花匀浆法提出的挥发油中主要含丙苯(12.40%),乙苯(8.58%),苯甲醛(8.04%),反式芳樟醇(4.72%),异植物醇(2.94%);水蒸气蒸馏法提出的挥发油中主要含环己醇(8.06%),环己基异丁基草酸酯(3.45%),环戊甲基环己烷(12.35%),n-棕榈酸(12.56%),环己基甲基苯(9.77%)。结论:鲜花经过加热处理前后,其挥发油成分的组成差别较大,为金银花鲜药的使用提供了新思路。
Objective: To compare the chemical constituents of the essential oil from the different extraction methods. Methods: Volatile oil from fresh honeysuckle was extracted by steam distillation and fresh flower homogenization respectively. The constituents were extracted by ether and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: The main constituents of volatile oil proposed by the method of fresh flower homogenization were propylbenzene (12.40%), ethylbenzene (8.58%), benzaldehyde (8.04%), transinalinalool (4.72% ; The volatile oil proposed by steam distillation mainly contains cyclohexanol (8.06%), cyclohexylisobutyl oxalate (3.45%), cyclopentylmethylcyclohexane (12.35%), n-palmitic acid %), Cyclohexylmethylbenzene (9.77%). Conclusion: Before and after the flowers have been heat-treated, the components of their volatile oils vary widely, providing new ideas for the use of fresh honeysuckle flowers.
