北方地区(东北、西北、华北)建设系统情报工作深化改革座谈会于1989年5月16～18日在沈阳召开。三北地区的省、市建设厅(建委)情报中心站及部分部属设计院、科研所等近50名代表出席了会议。辽宁省建委负责同志到会并讲话,建设部科技情报所吴家骝所长及张暾熹付所长分别做了开幕式与闭幕式发言。与会代表就当前形势下如何搞好科技情报体制改革和进一步开展科技情报服务(特别是有偿服务)工作进行了探讨。
In the northern region (Northeast, Northwest and North China), the Symposium on Deepening the System Information System Deepening Reform was held in Shenyang on May 16-18, 1989. Nearly 50 delegates attended the conference, including information center stations of the Provincial and Municipal Construction Department (Construction Committee) and some design institutes and scientific research institutes in the Three North Regions. Responsible comrades of Liaoning Provincial Construction Committee arrived at the meeting and made speeches. Director Wu Jiaqian and Director Zhang Xunxi paid the speeches at the opening ceremony and closing ceremony of the Scientific and Technological Intelligence Office of the Ministry of Construction respectively. The delegates discussed how to do a good job of scientific and technological information system reform and further carry out scientific and technological intelligence services (especially paid services) in the current situation.
