通过宏观检查、超声波检测、硬度测试、金相检查等方式,对一台200m~3液化石油气球罐内壁鼓泡的成因进行了全面的分析,在此基础上,对在用储罐和新建储罐提出了鼓泡防治措施和对策。
The causes of bubbling on the inner wall of a 200m ~ 3 LPG spherical tank were comprehensively analyzed through macroscopic inspection, ultrasonic testing, hardness test and metallographic examination. On this basis, The tank proposed bubbling prevention measures and countermeasures.
