The development of cities is closely related to water resources. The uneven distribution of water resources in our country, the abundant water resources in the south and the extreme lack of water resources in the north, coupled with the irrational development and utilization of water resources and the ineffective treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage that have been increasing year by year make the problem of urban water shortage increasingly serious .
